Refund and dispute policy

Plain rules, so you know where you stand before you pay.

Digital product, no shipping

ML Mastery sells access to online learning content. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is no physical return process.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
Email support@mlmastery.io with your order number or receipt email. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
After 14 days we may still refund if the product did not work as described or you were charged in error.

Cancellation

The planned program is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal charge. If we ever offer a subscription, cancelling will be possible at any time from your receipt email or by writing to us, and the terms will be shown before you pay.

Payment disputes

If you see a charge you do not recognise, write to us first. We can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute. If you do open a dispute with your bank, we will respond with your order record, and we will not hold your free access against you.

Restrictions and taxes

The content is available worldwide, subject to applicable sanctions and export laws. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
