Terms of service

By using ML Mastery you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Using the site

• The lessons are for your personal learning. You may not copy, resell or republish them, or build a competing course from them.
• Code you write in the playgrounds is yours. Do not use the site to attack, overload or scrape it.
• Progress is saved in your browser. Clearing site data removes it.

What the course is, and is not

The content is educational. Completing lessons or projects does not guarantee a job, a competition result or any particular skill level. Examples use public datasets and are not financial, medical or legal advice. We work to keep content accurate and will fix mistakes you report, but we provide it as is.

Purchases

• The paid program is not on sale yet. See Pricing for the planned price and scope.
• When it is, a one-time payment gives you access to the program content for as long as we operate it, and for at least one year.
• Your purchase is a personal licence for one learner, usable on a small number of your own devices. Sharing your licence key or login with others is not allowed, and we may deactivate a key that is widely shared.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
• Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Promotions

Any discount or promotion states its dates and conditions when it is offered. A promotion cannot be combined with another, has no cash value, and may be ended if abused.

Changes and limits

We may update the site and these terms. Significant changes will be dated on this page. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
